Wellness Clinic we will be on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 8:00am to 1:00pm. The clinic will include:
- Vision Screening
- Hearing Screening
- Free Flue Shot
- CO2 Screening
- Glucose Screening
- Personal Health Assessment
Please call Shelby at 401-943-3033 to set an appointment for Hearing Screening. Also, bring your Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance card.
